After a defensive mix-up in Soto's zone, Andres Olo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Generoso Mingo came out of the goal and Andres Olo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 35 minutes, Feliberto Chucho made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Soto's Generoso Mingo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.

Cirilo Tristan charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cirilo Tristan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andres Olo in the 57th minute of play forced Soto's goalkeeper Generoso Mingo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th match minute, Soto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nestor Sotero to maneuver through the defense. Generoso Mingo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliberto Chucho, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Feliberto Chucho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andres Olo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Generoso Mingo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th minute, Jacinto Abalos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Eulalio Dantel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Soto's Ruperto Cordarrell pulled a muscle in his back after 80 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Gustavo Mateo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 80 minutes had been played. After 81 played minutes Descado AFC got a freekick which was hit by Gustavo Mateo. Feliberto Chucho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Generoso Mingo having to interfere. In the 85th match minute, Soto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bonifacio Bastia to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliberto Chucho in the 93rd minute of play forced Soto's goalkeeper Generoso Mingo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Descado AFC had played much better football throughout.
