But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Gergori couldn't finish the play. Nicolas Transito made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tadeo Frasco in the 8th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sebastian Gergori during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 10th match minute, Caracara AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Gergori to maneuver through the defense. Sebastian Gergori kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Elias Senon hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Arnaldo Ferran put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Florentino Gonsalvo. Celso Erdiano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nicolas Transito having to make a save. After 29 played minutes Barra FC got a freekick which was hit by Edgardo Berriotxoa. 32 minutes into the game, Saverio Mercurio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barra FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caracara AFC the free kick. Fulgencio Quirze shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Barra FC's Nicolas Transito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celso Erdiano in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Caracara AFC's goalkeeper Florentino Gonsalvo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Julio Etor's late challenge caught a Barra FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Julio Etor helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Caracara AFC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Julio Etor hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute, Caracara AFC's Celso Erdiano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Cleto Iratxo's late challenge caught a Caracara AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cleto Iratxo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 59th match minute, Barra FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cleto Iratxo to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Gogo Osorio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caracara AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gogo Osorio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicolas Transito breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 62 minutes, Silvano Senio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barra FC and the Caracara AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Barra FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Silvano Senio hit a great ball. When Caracara AFC's Gogo Osorio in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
