They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pascual Hermon to make the kick off. Honorio Haitz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 78thth minute tested the skills of Domingos Sabin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Siro Nardo in the 84th minute of play forced Boeuf's goalkeeper Andres Jurgi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Siro Nardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 95 played minutes Boeuf got a freekick which was hit by Joel Fernado. When Alejo Aureo fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ovara AFC's protests and gave Alejo Aureo a yellow card for diving instead. After 98 played minutes Ovara AFC got a freekick which was hit by Alejo Aureo. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Boeuf had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
