After some careless play in the Carrisalito FC defense, Alejo Aureo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leandro Honrio. The Carrisalito FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leandro Honrio should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Serafino Flor got free with Domingos Sabin in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Siro Nardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leandro Honrio having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Alejo Aureo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ovara AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alejo Aureo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leandro Honrio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eleuterio Beliran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 27 minutes into the match, Siro Nardo notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Carrisalito FC's Leandro Honrio. Leandro Honrio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alejo Aureo was the one to do the kick off. In the 61st minute, Serafino Flor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Domingos Sabin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eleuterio Beliran in the 63rd minute of play. Domingos Sabin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeledon Koldobika, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 67 minutes into the match, Carrisalito FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alejo Aureo came free, but Leandro Honrio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes into the game, Ovara AFC's Siro Nardo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leandro Honrio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. If Eleuterio Beliran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. Amancio Lorencio charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amancio Lorencio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Carrisalito FC's Amancio Lorencio got a free kick in the 78th minute. Alejo Aureo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leandro Honrio having to interfere. Siro Nardo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leandro Honrio having to make a save. When Alejo Aureo came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Ovara AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alejo Aureo couldn't finish the play. Leandro Honrio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejo Aureo, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 88th match minute, Carrisalito FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hernan Lordi to maneuver through the defense.
