If Casimiro Roldanillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pichanas's Arnulfo Belarmo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florentino Gerazan in the 8th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 15 minutes, Amado Ralondo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Emanuel Orzaize came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Pichanas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emanuel Orzaize couldn't finish the play. Roman Silban's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amado Ralondo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Uriburú AFC's Bonifacio Nofre got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Uriburú AFC booed when Pichanas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonides Roldanillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baltasar Emenon kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. After 30 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Pichanas! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Casimiro Roldanillo in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnulfo Belarmo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 39 minutes Pichanas's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hermengildo Firman who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Pichanas's goalie and right to Saverio Heriberto. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Pichanas's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The audience was convinced that Casimiro Roldanillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arnulfo Belarmo was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Casimiro Roldanillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Arnulfo Belarmo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnulfo Belarmo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casimiro Roldanillo in the 58th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bonifacio Nofre got free with Arnulfo Belarmo in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bonifacio Nofre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Arnulfo Belarmo made a huge save. Amado Ralondo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roman Silban, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st minute, Bonifacio Nofre got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bonifacio Nofre got free with Arnulfo Belarmo in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Uriburú AFC's Florentino Gerazan got a free kick in the 77th minute. Pichanas's Arnulfo Belarmo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casimiro Roldanillo in the 83rd minute of play. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pichanas's goalkeeper Arnulfo Belarmo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 88 minutes into the match, Casimiro Roldanillo notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Pichanas's Arnulfo Belarmo. Arnulfo Belarmo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Uriburú AFC's Baltasar Emenon got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Gonzalo Domenec's late challenge caught a Uriburú AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gonzalo Domenec helped the player get up and apologised. In the 96th minute, Gonzalo Domenec hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Uriburú AFC getting a freekick after 99 minutes play. Saverio Heriberto hit a great ball. When the match was over Uriburú AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Pichanas throughout the match.
