In the 3rd minute, Silvano Berdaitz made a precise shot to the right of Jeronimo Burni. Garupá's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Eriberto Jeraldo kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Recreo AFC's David Libertad got a free kick in the 14th minute. After 17 minutes, Higinio Neto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Garupá and the Recreo AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 17 played minutes Garupá got a freekick which was hit by Higinio Neto. 19 minutes into the match, Recreo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Hechter came free, but Jacobo Ramos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Recreo AFC's Jacobo Ramos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Recreo AFC from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Silvano Berdaitz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Recreo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvano Berdaitz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeronimo Burni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Isaac Eskuin scored 0-2 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jeronimo Burni, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ceferino Illart was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Silvano Berdaitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Recreo AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvano Berdaitz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ceferino Illart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Ramos having to interfere. In the last second Jeronimo Burni throw himself and got hold of the ball when Isaac Eskuin in the 70thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Jeronimo Burni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaac Eskuin, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Isaac Eskuin took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Jeronimo Burni to make any attempt to save it. Jacobo Ramos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Hechter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacobo Ramos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ceferino Illart, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Ceferino Illart recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ceferino Illart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After recieving a nice pass, Garupá's Eduardo Ur tried to score from far away in the 93rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Ceferino Illart received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Jacobo Ramos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Recreo AFC's Urbano Raitin got a free kick in the 95th minute. The Garupá supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Recreo AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Recreo AFC.
