Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Placido Txurio kicked off to start the match. Nunez Caradaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blas Galeno in the 4th minute of play. In the 9th minute, Denis Ofelio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Azulcuesta FC booed when Cuevas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nestor Sanchez didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Emiliano Feliz from long distance, 18 minutes into the match, got Nunez Caradaro's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The supporters of Azulcuesta FC booed when Cuevas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruben Resto didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Cuevas AFC's zone, Bonifacio Berto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nunez Caradaro came out of the goal and Bonifacio Berto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Placido Txurio came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Cuevas AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Placido Txurio couldn't finish the play. Anastasio Galoer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Gizon in the 26th minute of play. Azulcuesta FC's Anastasio Galoer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Placido Txurio in the 28th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomás Gizon in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anastasio Galoer saved Azulcuesta FC from getting behind. After 33 minutes, Placido Txurio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cuevas AFC and the Azulcuesta FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 33rd match minute, Cuevas AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Placido Txurio to maneuver through the defense. If Epifanio Jax had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nunez Caradaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bonifacio Berto in the 37th minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Bonifacio Berto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Epifanio Jax hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Ruben Resto hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Bonifacio Berto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nunez Caradaro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. Bonifacio Berto was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 46th minute. Azulcuesta FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

After 58 minutes, Bonifacio Berto made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Cuevas AFC's Nunez Caradaro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 61 minutes into the game, Angelo Nuxila was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Azulcuesta FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cuevas AFC the free kick. The supporters of Cuevas AFC booed when Azulcuesta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Nuxila didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Nestor Sanchez in the 62nd minute really tested Anastasio Galoer's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Placido Txurio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Cecilio Ticho fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Azulcuesta FC's protests and gave Cecilio Ticho a yellow card for diving instead. After a defensive mix-up in Azulcuesta FC's zone, Tomás Gizon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anastasio Galoer came out of the goal and Tomás Gizon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tomás Gizon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anastasio Galoer having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Bonifacio Berto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nunez Caradaro was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. Epifanio Jax recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cuevas AFC's Nunez Caradaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Epifanio Jax in the 84th minute of play. Epifanio Jax scored 2-1 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nunez Caradaro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 87th minute Placido Txurio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anastasio Galoer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Azulcuesta FC's Angelo Nuxila got a free kick in the 93rd minute. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Placido Txurio took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Anastasio Galoer to make any attempt to save it. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
