Eulalio Beremundo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ariel Mero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Eulalio Beremundo sped through Cachí AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carlos Gipuzkoa. In the 24th minute Aaron Soter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Gipuzkoa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 25 minutes, Eulalio Beremundo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Amicha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eulalio Beremundo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cachí AFC's Carlos Gipuzkoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aaron Soter in the 29th minute of play. Ariel Mero charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ariel Mero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Adolfo Gabirel's late challenge caught a Amicha's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eulalio Beremundo made a kick off. In the 62nd minute, Ovidio Txema hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Generoso Tartalo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute.
