Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) KCP Nova's Santos Oihenarte started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Matias Estefan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Santos Oihenarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Gaztea having to interfere. Calimonte FC's Christian Gaztea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonzalo Kismi in the 6th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ubaldo Lorenz got free with Vladimiro Isidor in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 17 played minutes Calimonte FC got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Perpinya. KCP Nova's Santos Oihenarte got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 23 played minutes KCP Nova got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Lalla. After a rather tough play, Calimonte FC's Celso Umea got a free kick in the 24th minute. 29 minutes into the game, Santos Oihenarte cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Christian Gaztea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 36 minutes of play, KCP Nova's Santos Oihenarte made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christian Gaztea was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Santos Oihenarte's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christian Gaztea was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. KCP Nova's Luciano Frichoso got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Christian Gaztea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Santos Oihenarte's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santos Oihenarte in the 45th minute of play forced Calimonte FC's goalkeeper Christian Gaztea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Santos Oihenarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Celso Umea to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Calimonte FC's Modesto Gaspard got a free kick in the 54th minute. The audience was convinced that Santos Oihenarte's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christian Gaztea was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Santos Oihenarte took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christian Gaztea. Christian Gaztea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. In the 62nd minute, Santos Oihenarte got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Santos Oihenarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Gaztea having to interfere. Gonzalo Kismi succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-5 in the 68th playminute. Christian Gaztea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santos Oihenarte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christian Gaztea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santos Oihenarte, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Tomas Lalla managed to get in a good position for a shot. KCP Nova's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Lalla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christian Gaztea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Santos Oihenarte received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Christian Gaztea came out and tried to block the shot, but Santos Oihenarte slotted it home off the left post making it 1-6 in the 83rd minute. KCP Nova's Santos Oihenarte got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Tomas Lalla was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 89 minutes had been played. KCP Nova made a substitution. Jacobo Porfirio replaced Segundo Lehen. When the match was over KCP Nova could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Calimonte FC throughout the match.
