Chuchi AFC's Jonas Pero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teo Tauro in the 20th minute of play. Evaristo Lixandro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonas Pero came out and tried to block the shot, but Evaristo Lixandro slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 22nd minute. Teo Tauro might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonas Pero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teo Tauro ran back to his position shaking his head. Fabian Gomez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ciriaco Goito hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. The supporters of Chuchi AFC booed when Ancasti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inocencio Maiorga didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Gualterio Iraido managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chuchi AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gualterio Iraido was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fabian Gomez made a kick off. Alberto Ariando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Gomez in the 54th minute of play. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chuchi AFC's goalkeeper Jonas Pero, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 73 minutes, Eliseo Perutxo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chuchi AFC and the Ancasti players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alberto Ariando came out of the goal and Gualterio Iraido tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Evaristo Lixandro might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonas Pero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Evaristo Lixandro ran back to his position shaking his head. Evaristo Lixandro scored 2-4 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonas Pero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Teo Tauro came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Ancasti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teo Tauro couldn't finish the play. The Chuchi AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
