Irreverentes's Robustiano Quico got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 17 minutes, Ricardo Errando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yucumanita AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricardo Errando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 20th minute, Delmiro Montay fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The attack was good, but when Robustiano Quico in the 21st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Irreverentes's Delmiro Montay got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Jonathan Admon took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Mickey Beckwith to make any attempt to save it. Mickey Beckwith made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ricardo Errando in the 94th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Yucumanita AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
