Nereo Satordi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danilo Toli in the 9th minute of play forced Estudiantes de Puebla's goalkeeper Nereo Satordi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leo Casado in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Americo Fertus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Carolo Mark took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nereo Satordi. Nereo Satordi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After a rather tough play, Arsenal Aguila's Danilo Toli got a free kick in the 29th minute. Carolo Mark struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Nereo Satordi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arsenal Aguila. Jesus Elixio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With 38 minutes on the clock, Ildefonso Liher commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 37 minutes into the game, one of Arsenal Aguila:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Americo Fertus had in the 40thth minute some difficulties stopping Sebastian Celino's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Americo Fertus didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sebastian Celino went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carolo Mark was the one to do the kick off. 58 minutes into the match, Arsenal Aguila's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Casado came free, but Americo Fertus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Fulgencio Christobal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 66th match minute, Arsenal Aguila was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carolo Mark to maneuver through the defense. Estudiantes de Puebla's Adolfo Tavio was substituted for Delmar Baumar. Carolo Mark hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Carolo Mark kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Arsenal Aguila's Aníbal Pernambucano was substituted for Danilo Toli. The supporters of Estudiantes de Puebla booed when Arsenal Aguila was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carolo Mark didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Americo Fertus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leo Casado scored 4-2 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Americo Fertus, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Many of Arsenal Aguila's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Arsenal Aguila may have spent more time on the ball, but Estudiantes de Puebla were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
