Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Zé Paulo Hermes started the match with the kick off. Celso Hartz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ermegildo Corderall in the 3rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's Celedonio Abajas got a free kick in the 6th minute. In the 8th minute, Eleuterio Maraman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Celso Manni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Paulo Hermes in the 12th minute of play. After 12 played minutes TZILACATZIN got a freekick which was hit by Hermengildo Abadia. Celso Manni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celedonio Abajas, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. After 17th play minutes Zé Paulo Hermes shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Celso Manni and just under the crossbar into goal. After 24 minutes, Celedonio Abajas made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. TZILACATZIN's Celso Manni tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, TZILACATZIN's Florentino Nabar got a free kick in the 26th minute. Celso Manni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Paulo Hermes in the 31st minute of the match. FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mauricio Gonzo in the 32nd minute. After taking down the ball on FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's corner Gaston Benino fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Celso Manni quite easily take care of the ball. A hard shot 35 in the game by Inocencio Herauso from a close distance when the talented Celso Hartz managed to make a qualified save. FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Paulo Hermes in the 36th minute of play forced TZILACATZIN's goalkeeper Celso Manni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's Celso Hartz got control of the ball when Inocencio Herauso tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 45 minutes, Ermegildo Corderall managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TZILACATZIN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ermegildo Corderall was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Inocencio Herauso made a kick off. Celso Manni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Madaleno in the 52nd minute of play. After 56 minutes of play, FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's Celedonio Abajas made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Celso Manni was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zé Paulo Hermes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Celso Manni when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ermegildo Corderall charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ermegildo Corderall the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 75 played minutes TZILACATZIN got a freekick which was hit by Ermegildo Corderall. Zé Paulo Hermess short, quick shot in the 76thth minute got Celso Manni to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá fans' excitement grew in the 78th match minute when FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's Zé Paulo Hermes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some careless play in the TZILACATZIN defense, Maximiliano Shepherd kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Celso Manni. The TZILACATZIN fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Celso Manni should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, TZILACATZIN's Conrado Heriberto got a free kick in the 87th minute. After some careless play in the TZILACATZIN defense, Zé Paulo Hermes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Celso Manni. The TZILACATZIN fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Celso Manni should have stopped the shot. FC Yucatan Chichén Itzá's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
