Jacinto Galeno scored 0-1 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bartosz Ziemniak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Águilas Poblanas's Carlo Ciolli was substituted for Tao Cheng Han. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jacinto Galeno made a kick off. Jacinto Galeno might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bartosz Ziemniak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jacinto Galeno ran back to his position shaking his head. Fractal FC's Bartosz Ziemniak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Fractal FC from getting a goal against them. Alexandros Ismael made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramiro Montae in the 89th minute of play. In the 90th match minute, Águilas Poblanas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anıl Cenk Yılğıralp to maneuver through the defense. After 95 played minutes Águilas Poblanas got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Papo. After a rather tough play, Fractal FC's Cipriano Misael got a free kick in the 96th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Fractal FC lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
