In the 20th minute Nicolás Calderon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Sanchez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antonio Medrano's late challenge caught a Blandford Forum's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Antonio Medrano helped the player get up and apologised. Ladislao Renderos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Torres in the 35th minute of the match. After having played for 41 minutes, Nicolás Calderon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blandford Forum's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicolás Calderon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Gabriel Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nicolás Calderon was the one to do the kick off. After 51 played minutes Parbold FC got a freekick which was hit by Erick Gallardo. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Blandford Forum's goalkeeper Ladislao Renderos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jonathan Fuentes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. In the 77th minute, Jonathan Fuentes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ladislao Renderos was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Jonathan Fuentes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
