Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rudy Oporto started the match with the kick off. Pablo Alvarado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 2nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rudy Oporto in the 15th minute of play forced Cheadle City's goalkeeper Alexander Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ricardo Rosales's late challenge caught a Cheadle City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ricardo Rosales helped the player get up and apologised. Rudy Oporto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Fernandez having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Pablo Alvarado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cheadle City's supporters rose to their feet, but Pablo Alvarado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Waldir Rico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 28 minutes, Oswaldo Umaña mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pelsall and the Cheadle City players grew even worse after the yellow card. Oswaldo Umaña kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After having played for 35 minutes, Erick Muñoz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cheadle City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erick Muñoz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Felipe Costas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Cheadle City booed when Pelsall was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredo Cabrera didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mariano Dubon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Waldir Rico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mariano Dubon made a kick off. The supporters of Cheadle City booed when Pelsall was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudy Oporto didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Alvarado in the 60th minute of play forced Pelsall's goalkeeper Waldir Rico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 62 played minutes Cheadle City got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Dubon. The audience was convinced that Erick Muñoz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Waldir Rico was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Felipe Costas might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alexander Fernandez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felipe Costas ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Cheadle City's Jonathan Paz got a free kick in the 89th minute. 92 minutes into the match, Cheadle City's goalkeeper Alexander Fernandez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felipe Costas. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Cheadle City had won after a very even match.
