Wickford's supporters rose to their feet, but Roberto Arango was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Camilo Castillo to make the kick off. Victor Calderon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arnoldo Castro having to make a save. Manuel Vinosis hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Camilo Castillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Max Villalobos came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Wickford's Roberto Arango. But to his dismay, Roberto Arango quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Frimley Green's goalkeeper Max Villalobos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 96thth minute of the game Rudy Baptista who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wickford's Arnoldo Castro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wickford's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
