Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Wilmer Del Carmen started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Barquero in the 3rd minute of play forced Nottingham FC's goalkeeper Pedro Llorente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilmer Del Carmen in the 7th minute of play forced Marden's goalkeeper Yasir Mendoza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jorge Barquero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pedro Llorente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Hinguanzo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Nottingham FC's Guillermo Posadas got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute of the match Max Lara shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pedro Llorente showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Marden getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Humberto Posadas hit a great ball. Pedro Llorente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Barquero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Yasir Mendoza managed to avoid a goal in the 28thth minute, when Nottingham FC's Pablo Olmedo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Wilmer Del Carmen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yasir Mendoza having to interfere. When Max Lara fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Marden's protests and gave Max Lara a yellow card for diving instead. Marden's Jorge Barquero got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pedro Llorente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Hinguanzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pablo Olmedo got free with Yasir Mendoza in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jorge Barquero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Llorente having to make a save. Nottingham FC's Pedro Llorente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Barquero in the 44th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Marden's Yasir Mendoza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilmer Del Carmen in the 51st minute of play. Pablo Olmedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yasir Mendoza having to interfere. 56 minutes into the match, Nottingham FC's Wilmer Del Carmen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yasir Mendoza narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Miguel Hinguanzo took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Llorente. Pedro Llorente dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Wilmer Del Carmen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 65 minutes, Pablo Olmedo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nottingham FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pablo Olmedo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Yasir Mendoza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pablo Olmedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Miguel Hinguanzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Pedro Llorente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Nottingham FC's Ramon Ramirez got a free kick in the 74th minute. 77 minutes into the match, Marden's Miguel Hinguanzo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Llorente narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 83rd minute of the match Humberto Posadas sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pedro Llorente skillfully saved the ball. Jorge Barquero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Pedro Llorente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yasir Mendoza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pablo Olmedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. After 95 played minutes Marden got a freekick which was hit by Richard Lovo. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Marden walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
