Hugo Lara took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristian Moreno. Cristian Moreno dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Alejandro Sosa came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Bridgwater AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alejandro Sosa couldn't finish the play. 21 minutes into the match, Bridgwater AFC's goal looked a bit too open when David Sigaran came free, but Cristian Moreno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hugo Lara struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Cristian Moreno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stoke Poges United. A collision led to Bridgwater AFC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Saul Victorino hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Stoke Poges United's Hugo Lara got a free kick in the 32nd minute. When Hugo Lara got the opportunity to take care of a free kick, it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball hit the crossbar and flew out of bounds. 34 minutes into the match, Stoke Poges United's Hugo Lara sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristian Moreno narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 39 minutes, Hugo Lara made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Bridgwater AFC's Cristian Moreno tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 43rd match minute, Stoke Poges United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Victorino to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Stoke Poges United were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Stoke Poges United's Hugo Lara in the 52nd minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Cristian Moreno was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Bridgwater AFC through an amazing save. A collision led to Stoke Poges United getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Marcelo Leguizamon hit a great ball. Alejandro Sosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Yasir Castillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. David Sigaran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristian Moreno having to interfere. 74 minutes into the game, Hugo Lara recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cristian Moreno. Hugo Lara showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. In the 78th minute, Gilberto Orozco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stoke Poges United's David Sigaran got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. David Sigaran took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristian Moreno. Cristian Moreno dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Stoke Poges United's Yasir Castillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benji Magaña in the 91st minute of play. If David Sigaran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97th minute, Carmelo Quintanilla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
