Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Stocksbridge AFC's Zelvin Castro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Stocksbridge AFC's Henry Rivero in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Newton on Ouse's goalie prevented a goal. When the match clock showed 4 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Zelvin Castro sped through Newton on Ouse's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Max Ruiz. After a defensive mix-up in Newton on Ouse's zone, Zelvin Castro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Max Ruiz came out of the goal and Zelvin Castro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alexis Pacheco struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Waldir Parada didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Newton on Ouse. Henry Rivero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Max Ruiz having to interfere. After 25 minutes of play, Stocksbridge AFC's Henry Rivero made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Max Ruiz was left in no man's land by his defense there! 32 minutes into the match, Henry Rivero notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Newton on Ouse's Max Ruiz. Max Ruiz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 35th minute, Zelvin Castro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zelvin Castro hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Waldir Parada made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Alexis Pacheco sent off a good shot on target. The Newton on Ouse fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when Newton on Ouse's Alexis Pacheco looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Henry Rivero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Newton on Ouse players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Stocksbridge AFC were winning 1-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zelvin Suarez made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Newton on Ouse's goal looked a bit too open when Edgardo Umaña came free, but Max Ruiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 52 minutes into the match, Stocksbridge AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Zelvin Suarez came free, but Waldir Parada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Henry Rivero scored 1-4 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Max Ruiz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zelvin Castro had several of the Newton on Ouse's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 68 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-5 score and a disappointed Max Ruiz as he didn't even see the shot coming. Carlos Leguizamon kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 73rd minute of the match Augusto García sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Max Ruiz skillfully saved the ball. Zelvin Suarez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Waldir Parada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Zelvin Suarez made a precise shot to the right of Waldir Parada. Stocksbridge AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-5. Alexis Pacheco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Waldir Parada read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Zelvin Suarez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Stocksbridge AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
