Roberto Carrillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pablo Pérez, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Julio Oporto charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Julio Oporto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Julio Oporto hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pablo Pérez made a kick off. Sarbelio Aguirrez was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 53rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Whitechapel United's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
