After a defensive mix-up in Rawmarsh's zone, Amilcar Melendez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristian Sifon came out of the goal and Amilcar Melendez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cristian Sifon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonel Ancheta in the 9th minute of the match. If Marvin Meza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rawmarsh's Cristian Sifon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonel Ancheta in the 17th minute of play. Marvin Meza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nailsworth's Efren Barraza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marvin Meza in the 24th minute of play. After 25 played minutes Nailsworth got a freekick which was hit by Benjamín Castaneda. Cristian Sifon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amilcar Melendez in the 32nd minute of the match. When Marvin Meza came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Rawmarsh fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marvin Meza couldn't finish the play. Marvin Meza was extremely unlucky when he, in the 38th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Amilcar Melendez was the one to do the kick off. 60 minutes into the game, Nailsworth's Leonel Ancheta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cristian Sifon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 64th minute of the match Selvin Barrera sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Efren Barraza skillfully saved the ball. Cristian Sifon was a little too slow when Amilcar Melendez got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 1-2. Benjamín Castaneda hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Marvin Meza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Efren Barraza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Ochoa in the 81st minute of play forced Nailsworth's goalkeeper Efren Barraza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
