Isaac Anaya didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in OSOS FC's zone, Fidel Osorio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emerson Erazo came out of the goal and Fidel Osorio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. OSOS FC's Giovani Larios got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 31 minutes into the game, Edgardo Mondragon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. OSOS FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Micklefield the free kick. After a rather tough play, OSOS FC's Edgardo Mondragon got a free kick in the 31st minute. Libardo Lima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Odir Benavides in the 38th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Odir Benavides in the 40th minute of play forced Micklefield's goalkeeper Libardo Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The wind increased when Fidel Osorio made the kick off in the second half. Pedro Carballo kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 55th minute of the match, Odir Benavides got a very nice opportunity to score, but Libardo Lima was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Libardo Lima showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giovani Larios, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. With a little luck, Micklefield's Libardo Lima got control of the ball when Jaime Castaneda tried to sneak it across the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Micklefield's Sarbelio Villatoro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emerson Erazo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With an all-out effort, OSOS FC's Libardo Lima threw himself towards the right post 68 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Giovani Larios, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 68th match minute, Micklefield was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henry Chavez to maneuver through the defense. Odir Benavides sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 85 minutes, Henry Chavez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Micklefield's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henry Chavez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giovani Larios in the 94th minute of play forced Micklefield's goalkeeper Libardo Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Odir Benavides had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. OSOS FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
