Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Alonso Machado made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alonso Machado in the 3rd minute of play forced Ipplepen's goalkeeper Jhalmar Dubon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Kingstanding's zone, Enrique Bentos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Aguirrez came out of the goal and Enrique Bentos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 7th minute William Talia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Aguirrez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 9 minutes, Mauricio Ayala mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ipplepen and the Kingstanding players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mauricio Ayala hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. William Talia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Juan Aguirrez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kingstanding's Juan Aguirrez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by William Talia in the 15th minute of play. Enrique Bentos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Aguirrez having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Ipplepen's Rafael Salguero got a free kick in the 35th minute. After 45 minutes of play, Kingstanding's Armando Peredes made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jhalmar Dubon was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The Ipplepen fans' excitement grew in the 55th match minute when Ipplepen's Enrique Bentos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 58th minute, Armando Peredes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ipplepen's Jhalmar Dubon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alonso Machado in the 61st minute of play. In the 63rd minute Enrique Bentos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Aguirrez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Enrique Bentos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ulises Coreas during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ulises Coreas kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Bentos in the 73rd minute of play forced Kingstanding's goalkeeper Juan Aguirrez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juan Aguirrez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from William Talia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 81 minutes into the game, Ipplepen's Enrique Bentos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Juan Aguirrez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. William Talia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Juan Aguirrez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Alonso Machado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armando Peredess short, quick shot in the 96thth minute got Jhalmar Dubon to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. For all the effort they put into the match, the Kingstanding players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ipplepen.
