After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Amilcar Carranza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chudleigh's supporters rose to their feet, but Amilcar Carranza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roberto Sifon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chudleigh's goalkeeper Alvaro Alas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Chudleigh's Alvaro Alas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Benavides in the 11th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Chudleigh's zone, Diego Valenzuela stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alvaro Alas came out of the goal and Diego Valenzuela tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alvaro Alas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Benavides in the 13th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jorge Sanchez during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Chudleigh booed when Brixham City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Valenzuela didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roberto Sifon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amilcar Carranza, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 24 minutes into the match, Chudleigh's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Valenzuela came free, but Alvaro Alas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roberto Sifon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amilcar Carranza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Diego Valenzuela came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Brixham City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diego Valenzuela couldn't finish the play. 29 minutes into the game, Januario Moreno was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chudleigh's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brixham City the free kick. David Barraza might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alvaro Alas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. David Barraza ran back to his position shaking his head. If David Barraza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. David Benavides received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Alvaro Alas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. David Barraza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alvaro Alas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

In the 51st match minute, Brixham City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arturo Lima to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Brixham City booed when Chudleigh was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Douglas Botello didn't get a good kick on the ball. Brixham City's David Benavides got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Diego Valenzuela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th minute, Diego Valenzuela got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Diego Valenzuela struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Alvaro Alas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brixham City. An unexpected shot in the 64th minute by David Benavides got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 67 minutes into the match, Brixham City's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Montes came free, but Roberto Sifon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diego Valenzuela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chudleigh's Alvaro Alas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Chudleigh from getting a goal against them. Alvaro Alas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Barraza in the 74th minute of play. In the 75thth minute of the game David Benavides who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chudleigh's Alvaro Alas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Brixham City booed when Chudleigh was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Januario Moreno didn't get a good kick on the ball. If David Benavides had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 85 minutes into the match, Chudleigh's goal looked a bit too open when David Barraza came free, but Alvaro Alas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diego Valenzuela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Alas having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Diego Valenzuela made a precise shot to the right of Alvaro Alas. Chudleigh's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 92nd minute, David Benavides got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match was over Brixham City could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Chudleigh throughout the match.
