Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd match minute, Walton On The Naze City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leopoldo Baptista to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Walton On The Naze City's zone, Rudy Castillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dagoberto Gomez came out of the goal and Rudy Castillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Rudy Castillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Walton On The Naze City getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Saul Giron hit a great ball. Walton On The Naze City's Dagoberto Gomez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rudy Castillo in the 13th minute of play. After having played for 21 minutes, Benji Valenzuela managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Walton On The Naze City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benji Valenzuela was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alexis Prado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 28 minutes into the match, Potters Bar AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Benji Valenzuela came free, but Marcelo Ventura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Potters Bar AFC's Marcelo Ventura proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Potters Bar AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 32nd minute Christian Melendez suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. When Giovani Galeas fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Walton On The Naze City's protests and gave Giovani Galeas a yellow card for diving instead. Pedro Salamanca's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marcelo Ventura firmly grabbed it by the left post. Alexis Prado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Walton On The Naze City's Giovani Galeas got a free kick in the 43rd minute. When Pedro Salamanca came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Walton On The Naze City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Salamanca couldn't finish the play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Alexis Prado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Potters Bar AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexis Prado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dagoberto Gomez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Potters Bar AFC's Rudy Castillo got a free kick in the 56th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benji Valenzuela in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcelo Ventura saved Potters Bar AFC from getting behind. Benji Valenzuela blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcelo Ventura having to make a save. Alexis Prado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dagoberto Gomez having to interfere. After some careless play in the Potters Bar AFC defense, Pedro Salamanca kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcelo Ventura. The Potters Bar AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcelo Ventura should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Salamanca in the 84th minute of play forced Potters Bar AFC's goalkeeper Marcelo Ventura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 85 minutes, Pedro Salamanca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Walton On The Naze City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedro Salamanca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 86th minute, Richard Alas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benji Valenzuela recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Walton On The Naze City's Efren Corpeño got a free kick in the 96th minute. Potters Bar AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
