Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Miguel Gamero put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ivan Rivas. Efrain Valenzuela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Ivan Rivas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eraldo Granados didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mevagissey. Mariano Barragan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Neston United's zone, Jairo Erazo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eraldo Granados came out of the goal and Jairo Erazo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A very good chance. 46 minutes into the match, Miguel Gamero notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Mevagissey's Ivan Rivas. Ivan Rivas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Miguel Gamero to strike the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes of play, Mevagissey's Jairo Erazo made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eraldo Granados was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 58th minute of the game. One of Neston United:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Mevagissey:s goal. Neston United's Eraldo Granados played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jairo Erazo in the 64th minute of play. Eraldo Granados didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mariano Barragan went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. Ivan Rivas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Gamero, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Mevagissey's Ivan Rivas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Mevagissey from getting a goal against them. Mariano Barragan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eraldo Granados having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
