Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rene Umaña started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Tavistock United booed when Launceston was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Humberto Vasquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marvin Rico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adolfo Sanchez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roberto Coria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amilcar Messias having to interfere. Amilcar Messias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rene Umaña in the 17th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Tavistock United's goal looked a bit too open when Rene Umaña came free, but Amilcar Messias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roberto Coria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amilcar Messias having to interfere. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adolfo Sanchez to strike the kick off in the second half. 1-0 became the score in the 54th minute when Miguel Meza elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Launceston's zone, Adolfo Sanchez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marvin Rico came out of the goal and Adolfo Sanchez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rudy Cerna took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 62nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marvin Rico. Launceston's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 64 minutes into the game, Adolfo Sanchez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Marvin Rico was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rene Umaña sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 71 minutes into the match, Adolfo Sanchez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marvin Rico. Launceston's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adolfo Sanchez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Miguel Meza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Miguel Meza struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Marvin Rico didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tavistock United. 94 minutes into the match, Launceston's goal looked a bit too open when Adolfo Sanchez came free, but Marvin Rico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tavistock United were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Launceston for a fine match.
