Rolando Corrales took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Moreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Erick Pimentel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

A nice corner shot did that Elias Orozco got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Edgardo Alvarado quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Rolando Corrales made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Luis Bustamante sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Northampton FC's zone, Luis Bustamante stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rolando Corrales came out of the goal and Luis Bustamante tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 1-1 became the score in the 65th minute when Luis Bustamante elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 72nd minute Erick Pimentel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgardo Alvarado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rolando Corrales took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Moreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luis Bustamante came free with the goalkeeper in the 78th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Rolando Corrales could save by the left post. Erick Pimentel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dagoberto Cortez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dagoberto Cortez struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Edgardo Alvarado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Northampton FC. Northampton FC's Dagoberto Cortez got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Northampton FC's Erick Pimentel got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Dorchester players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Northampton FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
