Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Avilio Henriquez started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute, Rolando Nunes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 7thth minute of the game Avilio Henriquez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Darfield FC's Ovidio Posadas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ovidio Posadas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Avilio Henriquez in the 8th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Darfield FC's Gabriel Cabrera got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 11thth minute of the game Rolando Nunes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Darfield FC's Ovidio Posadas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rolando Nunes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ovidio Posadas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Ovidio Posadas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Avilio Henriquez in the 18th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Benjamín Viscarra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jaime Hernández recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Darfield FC booed when Northleach AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rony Montes didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Hernández in the 28th minute of play forced Northleach AFC's goalkeeper Victorino Fornos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Northleach AFC's Rony Montes got a free kick in the 30th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Darfield FC's Pedro Mendez tried to score from far away in the 31st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The supporters of Darfield FC booed when Northleach AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waldir Figueroa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ovidio Posadas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Avilio Henriquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Darfield FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rolando Nunes came free, but Ovidio Posadas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jaime Hernández sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Cetino got free with Victorino Fornos in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 43 minutes into the match, Darfield FC's goal looked a bit too open when Avilio Henriquez came free, but Ovidio Posadas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Darfield FC's Ovidio Posadas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolando Nunes in the 44th minute of play. When Avilio Henriquez came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Northleach AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Avilio Henriquez couldn't finish the play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

If Rolando Nunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mariano Morales charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mariano Morales the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mariano Morales hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Darfield FC's Francisco Cetino got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Darfield FC's Jaime Hernández got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 77th minute, Rolando Nunes fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ovidio Posadas, passed just outside the right post. Jaime Hernández received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Victorino Fornos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Francisco Cetino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Victorino Fornos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jaime Hernández's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Rolando Nunes hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Francisco Cetino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorino Fornos having to interfere. The Darfield FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Northleach AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Northleach AFC.
