Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Baldock FC's Rony Montes started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Alfredo Huezo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Baldock FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfredo Huezo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edwin Vasquez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alfredo Huezo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edwin Vasquez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Edwin Vasquez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rony Montes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th minute, Alexis Costas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rolando Gallardo kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 15th minute Rony Montes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edwin Vasquez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Haslingden's Max Contrera got a free kick in the 16th minute. Edwin Vasquez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alfredo Huezo went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Alfredo Huezo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfredo Huezo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edwin Vasquez having to make a save. Alfredo Huezo scored 1-2 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edwin Vasquez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Yasir Boianelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexis Costas in the 43rd minute of play. Baldock FC's Yasir Boianelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rony Aguirrez in the 44th minute of play. Alfredo Huezo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edwin Vasquez having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rony Aguirrez made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Baldock FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rony Aguirrez came free, but Yasir Boianelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55th minute, Agustin Magaña made a precise shot to the right of Yasir Boianelli. Baldock FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. 61 minutes into the match, Agustin Magaña notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Baldock FC's Yasir Boianelli. Yasir Boianelli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The attack was good, but when Alfredo Huezo in the 64th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 65th minute, Emiliano Villanueva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Edwin Vasquez managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when Baldock FC's Alfredo Huezo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a defensive mix-up in Haslingden's zone, Roberto Padilla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edwin Vasquez came out of the goal and Roberto Padilla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alfredo Huezo struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Edwin Vasquez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Baldock FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rony Aguirrez in the 75th minute of play forced Baldock FC's goalkeeper Yasir Boianelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfredo Huezo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Edwin Vasquez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Haslingden's goalkeeper Edwin Vasquez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfredo Huezo. After 82 minutes, Amilcar Bonilla mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Baldock FC and the Haslingden players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 83rd minute there was a penalty for Haslingden. Dennys Leguizamon stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Yasir Boianelli. 4-2. Rony Aguirrez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfredo Huezo got free with Edwin Vasquez in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
