Christian Cerritos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Josue Nunes having to interfere. After 21 minutes, Alvaro Llorente mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dymchurch and the Ateos Unidos players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alvaro Llorente kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. The long shot by Allan Gutierrez in the 22nd minute really tested Oscar Navarro's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Antonio Medina charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Antonio Medina the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Ateos Unidos's Antonio Medina got a free kick in the 25th minute. After 27 played minutes Ateos Unidos got a freekick which was hit by Victor Batres. If Christian Cerritos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th minute, Christian Cerritos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Josue Nunes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Saul Vinosis during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 40th minute, Saul Vinosis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd minute Primitivo Alferez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Josue Nunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Antonio Medina came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Ateos Unidos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonio Medina couldn't finish the play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Victor Batres stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Libardo Castaneda hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. 56 minutes into the match, Ateos Unidos's goalkeeper Josue Nunes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christian Cerritos. Oscar Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Batres in the 58th minute of the match. Oscar Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Medina in the 59th minute of play. Antonio Medina scored 1-1 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oscar Navarro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Primitivo Alferez received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Josue Nunes came out and tried to block the shot, but Primitivo Alferez slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 63rd minute. The audience was convinced that Antonio Medina's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oscar Navarro was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Fidel Ocampo kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Antonio Medina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Josue Nunes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Primitivo Alferez in the 87th minute of play. Lorenzo Moreno kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Christian Cerritos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Josue Nunes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Dymchurch walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
