Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Oswaldo Del Carmen got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th match minute, Lutterworth was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julio Paredes to maneuver through the defense. After 4 played minutes Lutterworth got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Aguirrez. William Melendez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Asad in the 5th minute of play. Edwin Lozano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without William Melendez having to interfere. Libardo Osorio kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Eraldo García kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Lutterworth's William Melendez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexander Rico in the 26th minute of play. With a little luck, Stonehouse's Victor Ventura got control of the ball when Augusto Zapata tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Stonehouse's Rolando Dubon got a free kick in the 30th minute. A hard shot by Elias Henriquez from long distance, 31 minutes into the match, got Victor Ventura's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 35th minute, Stonehouse's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Augusto Zapata fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 42 minutes into the match, Edwin Lozano notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Lutterworth's William Melendez. William Melendez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Stonehouse's Edwin Lozano in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lutterworth's goalie prevented a goal. After the first half Stonehouse were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alexander Rico to strike the kick off in the second half. William Melendez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edwin Lozano in the 52nd minute. 54 minutes into the match, Oswaldo Del Carmen notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Stonehouse's Victor Ventura. Victor Ventura was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 58th minute, Libardo Osorio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. William Melendez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexander Rico, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oswaldo Del Carmen in the 76th minute of play forced Stonehouse's goalkeeper Victor Ventura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 82 minutes, Libardo Osorio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lutterworth and the Stonehouse players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Stonehouse booed when Lutterworth was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Libardo Osorio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rd minute of the match Ivan Asad shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but William Melendez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Lutterworth's zone, Alexander Rico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. William Melendez came out of the goal and Alexander Rico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edwin Lozano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without William Melendez having to make a save. The Stonehouse players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
