Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alexis Espindola kicked off to start the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zelvin Villatoro in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Huezo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Henley on Thames's Julio Huezo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Sigaran in the 9th minute of play. Zelvin Villatoro took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Huezo. Julio Huezo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Zelvin Villatoro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Josue Barreto in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Huezo saved Henley on Thames from getting behind. In the 23rd minute Alexis Espindola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marvin Alvarez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th match minute, Henley on Thames was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Gallardo to maneuver through the defense. Julio Huezo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Josue Barreto's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. A collision led to Henley on Thames getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Alfredo Orozco hit a great ball. In the 34th minute Alfredo Sigaran suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. 34 minutes into the game, Alfredo Orozco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Henley on Thames's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Richmond the free kick. In the 35th match minute, Henley on Thames was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Orozco to maneuver through the defense. Lorenzo Guerrero took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 36th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Julio Huezo. Henley on Thames's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Alexis Espindola fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Raúl Calderon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marvin Alvarez having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Lorenzo Guerrero kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Marvin Alvarez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrique García, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Henley on Thames's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Castillo came free, but Julio Huezo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 59th minute by Zelvin Villatoro got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Alexis Espindola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marvin Alvarez having to interfere. Marvin Alvarez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eraldo Calderon went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Marvin Alvarez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexis Espindola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eraldo Calderon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Marvin Alvarez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Henley on Thames booed when Richmond was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelo Castillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eraldo Calderon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marvin Alvarez having to interfere. Eraldo Calderon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marvin Alvarez came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Henley on Thames's Eraldo Calderon. But to his dismay, Eraldo Calderon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Richmond players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Henley on Thames.
