Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Odir Mondragon started the match with the kick off. After 2 played minutes Dunston got a freekick which was hit by Benjamín Victorino. Dunston's Jairo Messias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Dunston from getting a goal against them. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dunston's goalkeeper Jairo Messias, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jaime Rico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emerson Medina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Jairo Messias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Dunston's zone, Jaime Rico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jairo Messias came out of the goal and Jaime Rico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Jaime Rico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 20 minutes into the match, Odir Mondragon dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jairo Messias, 1-0. Jhonnatan Duarte's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Humberto Amaya read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. If Odir Mondragon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of New Milton FC booed when Dunston was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseo Larios didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in New Milton FC's zone, Jhonnatan Duarte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Humberto Amaya came out of the goal and Jhonnatan Duarte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jhonnatan Duarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 42 minutes into the match, Dunston's goal looked a bit too open when Odir Mondragon came free, but Jairo Messias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute, Dunston's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jaime Rico fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A collision led to Dunston getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Orlando Peña hit a great ball. Jairo Messias made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Jaime Rico sent off a good shot on target. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edgardo Barreto was the one to do the kick off. Humberto Amaya didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edgardo Barreto went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. If Odir Mondragon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Edgardo Palencia charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edgardo Palencia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Edgardo Palencia kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Pablo Corrales hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Jhonnatan Duarte came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Dunston fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jhonnatan Duarte couldn't finish the play. New Milton FC's Humberto Amaya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgardo Barreto in the 70th minute of play. Pablo Corrales's late challenge caught a Dunston's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pablo Corrales helped the player get up and apologised. In the 70th match minute, New Milton FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pablo Corrales to maneuver through the defense. Edgardo Barreto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Jaime Rico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 74 played minutes New Milton FC got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Rico. 79 minutes into the match, New Milton FC's goalkeeper Humberto Amaya had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jhonnatan Duarte. Jhonnatan Duarte was extremely unlucky when he, in the 90th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Odir Mondragon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Jairo Messias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jairo Messias came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by New Milton FC's Jaime Rico. But to his dismay, Jaime Rico quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. New Milton FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
