Bembridge United's Ulises Carranza got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arturo Serrano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Félix Oporto was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Ulises Carranza capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ulises Carranza really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 23rd minute Carmelo Navarro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Félix Oporto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ismael Cetino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauricio Lozano having to interfere. After 26 played minutes Bembridge United got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Ramirez. Félix Oporto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulises Carranza in the 31st minute of the match. Félix Oporto made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Carmelo Navarro sent off a good shot on target. In the 37th minute, Carmelo Navarro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 41 minutes into the match, Tottenham's goal looked a bit too open when Ulises Carranza came free, but Félix Oporto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Bembridge United getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Angel Brizuela hit a great ball. A hard shot 47 in the game by Carmelo Navarro from a close distance when the talented Félix Oporto managed to make a qualified save. Tottenham's players were relieved. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ismael Cetino to strike the kick off in the second half. Ismael Cetino received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mauricio Lozano came out and tried to block the shot, but Ismael Cetino slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 52nd minute. When Ismael Cetino came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Tottenham fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ismael Cetino couldn't finish the play. After 59 played minutes Bembridge United got a freekick which was hit by Ulises Carranza. Hugo Moreira's late challenge caught a Bembridge United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hugo Moreira helped the player get up and apologised. In the 68th minute, Hugo Moreira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ulises Carranza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Tottenham's Gilberto Ortiz got a free kick in the 71st minute. After having played for 74 minutes, Ulises Carranza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bembridge United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ulises Carranza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 77th minute, Ulises Carranza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bembridge United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arturo Serrano got free with Mauricio Lozano in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tottenham's Félix Oporto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carmelo Navarro in the 84th minute of play. The supporters of Tottenham booed when Bembridge United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Odir Asad didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ulises Carranza hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match.
