Danilo Mena recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 11th minute, Victor Calderon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christian Rodriguez was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. A collision led to Little Harrowden getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Paolo Ulloa hit a great ball. Esteban Quijada was extremely unlucky when he, in the 16th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. A collision led to Little Harrowden getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Ramon Leiva managed to get in a good position for a shot. Newquay AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ramon Leiva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jose Pérez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Orlando Zapata hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Little Harrowden's Jose Pérez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteban Quijada in the 31st minute of play. Newquay AFC's Christian Rodriguez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danilo Mena in the 40th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcos Nunes during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Marcos Nunes kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Danilo Mena in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christian Rodriguez saved Newquay AFC from getting behind. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Victor Calderon was the one to do the kick off. Christian Rodriguez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Calderon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Danilo Mena could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Christian Rodriguez made a huge save. 64 minutes into the game, Paolo Ulloa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Little Harrowden's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Newquay AFC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Newquay AFC's Marcos Nunes got a free kick in the 66th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Little Harrowden's goal looked a bit too open when Ramon Leiva came free, but Jose Pérez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jose Pérez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ramon Leiva went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Orlando Zapata kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. In the 80th minute Ramon Leiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jose Pérez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jose Pérez came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Newquay AFC's Esteban Quijada. But to his dismay, Esteban Quijada quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 87th minute, Victor Calderon reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Christian Rodriguez. The goal made the score 2-2. Jose Pérez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramon Leiva in the 95th minute of play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
