David Orellana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Medrano having to interfere. If Danilo Liborio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. David Orellana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marvin Huezo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Walmley City's Jhonnatan Talia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marvin Huezo in the 21st minute of play. After 23 played minutes West Bridgford AFC got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Flamenco. Jhonnatan Talia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jose Rivas in the 34th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Danilo Liborio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Walmley City's supporters rose to their feet, but Danilo Liborio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivan Medrano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Danilo Liborio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Medrano having to interfere. Jose Rivas struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Jhonnatan Talia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for West Bridgford AFC. 49 minutes into the match, David Orellana had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ivan Medrano. West Bridgford AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that David Orellana was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marvin Huezo made a kick off. Jose Rivas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Jhonnatan Talia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jhonnatan Talia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marvin Huezo's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. After 65 played minutes West Bridgford AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ernesto Anaya. Danilo Liborio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. David Orellana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Ivan Medrano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, West Bridgford AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Danilo Liborio came free, but Ivan Medrano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. William Del Cid sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Danilo Liborio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivan Medrano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Liborio in the 87th minute of play. Danilo Liborio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Ivan Medrano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Danilo Liborio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ivan Medrano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 99th minute of play. West Bridgford AFC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Walmley City had controlled the match.
