Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Great Totham AFC's Josue Escalante started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Josue Escalante recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 9 minutes into the game, Ronald Ochoa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Middleton on the Wold's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Great Totham AFC the free kick. Ronald Ochoa kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Great Totham AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Milton Espindola came free, but Douglas Bustamante reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Middleton on the Wold getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Ronald Ochoa hit a great ball. Hector Zaldaña kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. If Jhonnatan Liborio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 25 minutes into the match, Middleton on the Wold's goalkeeper Jairo Zelaya had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ricardo Aguirrez. Ricardo Aguirrez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Jairo Zelaya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Middleton on the Wold's Jairo Zelaya got control of the ball when Ricardo Aguirrez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jairo Zelaya stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ricardo Aguirrez's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milton Espindola in the 38th minute of play forced Great Totham AFC's goalkeeper Douglas Bustamante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute, Josue Escalante left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Great Totham AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ronald Ochoa to make the kick off. In the 56th minute, Josue Escalante left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Great Totham AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Great Totham AFC's Ricardo Aguirrez got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Douglas Bustamante didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Milton Espindola went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. 74 minutes into the match, Great Totham AFC's Josue Escalante sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jairo Zelaya narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 79 minutes into the match, Great Totham AFC's goalkeeper Douglas Bustamante had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Milton Espindola. When Ricardo Aguirrez came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Great Totham AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ricardo Aguirrez couldn't finish the play. 93 minutes into the game, Ricardo Aguirrez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Jairo Zelaya was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Great Totham AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Middleton on the Wold had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
