Emerson Carrillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dennys Botello having to interfere. Guillermo Portillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauro Victorino, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. When Oswaldo Espindola came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Oadby fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oswaldo Espindola couldn't finish the play. After 16 played minutes Peckham United got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Victorino. 19 minutes into the match, Oadby's Primitivo Villatoro broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Emerson Carrillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dennys Botello read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Gilberto Baptista's late challenge caught a Oadby's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gilberto Baptista helped the player get up and apologised. If Gilberto Mendez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oswaldo Espindola got free with Dennys Botello in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gilberto Mendez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillermo Portillo having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Gilberto Mendez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Peckham United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mauro Victorino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilberto Mendez got free with Guillermo Portillo in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Guillermo Portillo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gilberto Mendez went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. When Rony Flores fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Peckham United's protests and gave Rony Flores a yellow card for diving instead. Rony Flores kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Peckham United's goal looked a bit too open when Emerson Carrillo came free, but Dennys Botello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Emerson Carrillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emerson Carrillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 84th minute Mauro Victorino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guillermo Portillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Oadby's Emerson Carrillo in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Peckham United's goalie prevented a goal. Mauro Victorino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillermo Portillo having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 95th minute of the game. One of Peckham United:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Oadby:s goal. The Oadby supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Peckham United's performance. The match ended with a win for Peckham United.
