Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Amilcar Fernandez started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Felipe Huezo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Long Eaton United's supporters rose to their feet, but Felipe Huezo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Efrain Morales breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 6th match minute, Devizes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jhalmar Salazar to maneuver through the defense. Efrain Morales took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Aguirrez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Devizes's Jonathan Hinguanzo got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 10 minutes into the game, Esteban Sifon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Long Eaton United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Devizes the free kick. The supporters of Devizes booed when Long Eaton United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteban Sifon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Hinguanzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gabriel Aguirrez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Efrain Morales tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Felipe Huezo came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Long Eaton United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felipe Huezo couldn't finish the play. Long Eaton United's Christian Molina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amilcar Fernandez in the 21st minute of play. Devizes's Jonathan Hinguanzo got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 29 minutes into the game, Amilcar Fernandez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Christian Molina was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 36th minute Amilcar Fernandez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Molina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Efrain Morales showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Aguirrez in the 38th minute of the match. In the 41st minute, Felipe Huezo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match clock showed 43 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Gabriel Aguirrez sped through Devizes's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Efrain Morales. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gabriel Aguirrez to strike the kick off in the second half. Efrain Morales made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Aguirrez in the 53rd minute of play. In the 70th minute, Gabriel Aguirrez fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Felipe Huezo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Efrain Morales tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Gabriel Aguirrez took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Efrain Morales to make any attempt to save it. In the 96th minute, Felipe Huezo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Efrain Morales was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Long Eaton United walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
