Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Libardo Viscarra made the kick off and thus started the match. After 3 minutes, Rolando Vasquez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cove City and the Bletchingley players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cove City's Fabio Corrales played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Libardo Viscarra in the 4th minute of play. After 5 played minutes Cove City got a freekick which was hit by Richard Carballo. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Camilo Mendoza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cove City's supporters rose to their feet, but Camilo Mendoza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rene Martinez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nelson Barrera was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 10th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 14 minutes into the match, Camilo Mendoza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rene Martinez. Bletchingley's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Camilo Mendoza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 18 minutes into the match, Cove City's goal looked a bit too open when Libardo Viscarra came free, but Fabio Corrales reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 19 played minutes Cove City got a freekick which was hit by Ramon Ramirez. In the 20th minute, Libardo Viscarra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bletchingley's Rene Martinez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Bletchingley from getting a goal against them. Bletchingley were furious when Dagoberto Bran was red carded, 24 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 24 minutes into the game, one of Bletchingley:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Claudio Peña shot the penalty kick right outside the post. After 28 played minutes Bletchingley got a freekick which was hit by Angel Alas. After some careless play in the Bletchingley defense, Camilo Mendoza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rene Martinez. The Bletchingley fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rene Martinez should have stopped the shot. After having played for 47 minutes, Camilo Mendoza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cove City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Camilo Mendoza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carmelo Espindola to strike the kick off in the second half. Rene Martinez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Carballo, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 59th minute Carmelo Espindola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rene Martinez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Carmelo Espindola managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cove City's supporters rose to their feet, but Carmelo Espindola was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rene Martinez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carmelo Espindola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 72nd minute, Camilo Mendoza made a precise shot to the right of Rene Martinez. Bletchingley's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Carmelo Espindola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Rene Martinez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Henry Murgas hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Cove City's Claudio Peña tried to score from far away in the 90th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When Cove City's Carmelo Espindola in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bletchingley's goalie prevented a goal.
