Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mainor Godinez took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the match, San Jose AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Angelin Duran came free, but Tomas Sanabria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chacarita's Angelin Duran got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 7 played minutes San Jose AFC got a freekick which was hit by Alfonso Cartin. In the 8th minute of the match Vinicio Orozco sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tomas Sanabria skillfully saved the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 10 minutes, David Reyes successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 18th minute, Rolando Ulloa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 20 minutes into the match, Fello Molina had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of David Reyes. Chacarita's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fello Molina was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 23rd minute Mainor Godinez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Sanabria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mainor Godinez scored 1-1 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tomas Sanabria, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mainor Godinez took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tomas Sanabria. Tomas Sanabria dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Angelin Duran managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chacarita's supporters rose to their feet, but Angelin Duran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomas Sanabria breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 40th minute, Eladio Miranda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd minute Mainor Godinez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Sanabria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Fello Molina made the kick off in the second half. When Mainor Godinez came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Chacarita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mainor Godinez couldn't finish the play. Through an outstanding action, after 56 minutes, Tomas Sanabria successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In a very dangerous position, a player in San Jose AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 57th minute. Penalty! Tomas Sanabria went to the wrong direction when Vinicio Orozco was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Angelin Duran managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chacarita's supporters rose to their feet, but Angelin Duran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomas Sanabria breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. David Reyes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rolando Ulloa in the 66th minute of play. Chacarita's David Reyes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolando Ulloa in the 70th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Fello Molina notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Chacarita's David Reyes. David Reyes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mainor Godinez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rolando Ulloa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Reyes having to interfere. 90 minutes in the game, Mainor Godinez fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Tomas Sanabria having to interfere. Tomas Sanabria made an important save on a dangerous shot by Angelin Duran in the 94th minute. Chacarita played a much better game than San Jose AFC and deserved their victory. The San Jose AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
