Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Herradura's Rene Bermudez started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute of the match, Rene Bermudez tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hernan Cisneros saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Rene Bermudez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 9 minutes, Rene Bermudez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Herradura's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rene Bermudez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 16th minute, Warner Mora got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Guillermo Jara hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Hernan Cisneros made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Warner Mora sent off a good shot on target. Donald Gamboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Rene Bermudez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hernan Cisneros was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Macho Calderon struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Javier Naranjo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Chiles. After a rather tough play, Herradura's Rene Bermudez got a free kick in the 27th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Herradura's zone, Nery Madrigal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Javier Naranjo came out of the goal and Nery Madrigal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ramon Granados sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 33 minutes into the match, Los Chiles's Nery Madrigal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Javier Naranjo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Javier Naranjo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramon Granados in the 35th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ramon Granados to make the kick off. Javier Carvajal hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 56th match minute, Herradura was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Chaclar to maneuver through the defense. After 57 played minutes, Los Chiles's Salvador Maldonado shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Javier Naranjo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Los Chiles reached it. 63 minutes into the match, Ramon Granados dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Javier Naranjo, 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Warner Mora in the 67th minute of play forced Los Chiles's goalkeeper Hernan Cisneros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hernan Cisneros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Warner Mora, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Javier Naranjo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramon Granados in the 73rd minute of the match. Hernan Cisneros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Bermudez in the 76th minute of play. Rene Bermudez took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hernan Cisneros. Hernan Cisneros dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Hernan Cisneros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rene Bermudez in the 89th minute of the match.
