The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fabio Gamboa during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Bijagual's Fabio Gamboa got a free kick in the 31st minute. Division Oruga's Leo Villafranca shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 32nd minute of play. But to his dismay, Isidro Vilchez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Pancho Araya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Lara in the 42nd minute of play. After 43 minutes of play, Bijagual's Isidro Vilchez made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pancho Araya was left in no man's land by his defense there! Isidro Vilchez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Pancho Araya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pancho Araya made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. The supporters of Bijagual booed when Division Oruga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saul Matute didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bijagual's Asdrubal Acuña couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 69th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Division Oruga. The audience was convinced that Jorge Lara's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pancho Araya was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Saul Matute was shown his second yellow card after 71 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match.
