Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Fabian Redondo came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Club Sport Cartaginés's Bryan Carballo. But to his dismay, Bryan Carballo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Club Sport Cartaginés's Warner Mondragon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Club Sport Cartaginés from getting a goal against them. After 15 played minutes Club Sport Cartaginés got a freekick which was hit by Edwin Robles. Warner Mondragon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Rivera, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Warner Mondragon made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Federico Oses sent off a good shot on target. Warner Mondragon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Rivera in the 21st minute of play. Warner Mondragon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Rivera, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Mikael Redondo scored 1-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Warner Mondragon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 29th minute, Virgilio Arias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Bryan Soto was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 36 minutes had been played. A collision led to Playa Hermosa AFC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Bryan Soto hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Felix Colon took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Warner Mondragon to make any attempt to save it. Cesar Camacho kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Virgilio Arias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Redondo having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marco Ugalde to strike the kick off in the second half. Carlos Blen kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 59th minute, Mikael Redondo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marco Ugalde received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Fabian Redondo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marco Ugalde in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabian Redondo saved Playa Hermosa AFC from getting behind. When Daniel Rivera fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Playa Hermosa AFC's protests and gave Daniel Rivera a yellow card for diving instead. Daniel Rivera hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. A collision led to Club Sport Cartaginés getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Bryan Carballo hit a great ball. In the 75th match minute, Club Sport Cartaginés was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edwin Robles to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 77 minutes, Daniel Rivera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Playa Hermosa AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Rivera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edwin Robles's late challenge caught a Playa Hermosa AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edwin Robles helped the player get up and apologised. Edwin Robles kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Carlos Blen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Playa Hermosa AFC's zone, Bernie Cortez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Redondo came out of the goal and Bernie Cortez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marco Ugalde recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Virgilio Arias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
