Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Lucas Thome took the kick off in the first half of the match. After having played for 2 minutes, Ivan Haxby managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Buckingham's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ivan Haxby was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 4th minute, Lucas Thome got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 5 minutes, Romeo Barrett mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Buckingham and the Palmar players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Buckingham getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Romeo Barrett hit a great ball. Eddie Powell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Thome, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Eddie Powell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Thome in the 8th minute of the match. When Palmar's Lucas Thome in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Buckingham's goalie prevented a goal. Lucas Thome fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eddie Powell having to interfere. Kenneth Robles could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Eddie Powell made a huge save. Eddie Powell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Thome, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. With a little luck, Buckingham's Eddie Powell got control of the ball when Kenneth Robles tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lucas Thome sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kenneth Robles struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Eddie Powell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palmar. In the 21st minute, Romeo Barrett hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucas Thome sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Kenneth Robles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 25 minutes of play Buckingham's Romeo Barrett was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 25th match minute, Buckingham was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romeo Barrett to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute, Palmar's Lucas Thome ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eddie Powell. Eddie Powell yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Ivan Haxby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ivan Haxby stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kenneth Robles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eddie Powell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kenneth Robles, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. When the match clock showed 65 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Kenneth Robles sped through Buckingham's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eddie Powell. Rufus Bradbury charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rufus Bradbury the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rufus Bradbury hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Eddie Powell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucas Thome's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. In the 72ndth minute of the game Lucas Thome who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Buckingham's Eddie Powell was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Lucas Thome had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eddie Powell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kenneth Robles in the 83rd minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Buckingham's goal looked a bit too open when Kenneth Robles came free, but Eddie Powell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teodoro Arguedas's late challenge caught a Buckingham's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teodoro Arguedas helped the player get up and apologised. Teodoro Arguedas hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Alonzo Blen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ivan Haxby in the 88th minute. Kenneth Robles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eddie Powell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Thome, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Palmar's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
