Fabian Solano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Rosario Central. 23 minutes into the match, raniza fc's goal looked a bit too open when Omar Sanabria came free, but Fabian Solano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Jesus Umaña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emilio Maldonado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nacho Carvajal's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Real Rosario Central's Emilio Maldonado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nacho Carvajal in the 36th minute of play. After a rather tough play, raniza fc's Emilio Umaña got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 44th minute, one of raniza fc:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for raniza fc. When the match had been going on for 47 minutes, Real Rosario Central's Salomon Esquivel got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Fabian Solano. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 57th minute, Luis Pinto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Omar Sanabria's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabian Solano was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. In the 63rd match minute, raniza fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alonzo Carazo to maneuver through the defense. Real Rosario Central's Salomon Esquivel couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 64th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for raniza fc. Dennis Guevara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Solano having to interfere. Fabian Solano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dennis Guevara in the 77th minute of the match. raniza fc's Nacho Carvajal got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A hard shot 82 in the game by Fabricio Garro from a close distance when the talented Emilio Maldonado managed to make a qualified save. Real Rosario Central's players were relieved. Ronald Peralta charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ronald Peralta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 86 played minutes Real Rosario Central got a freekick which was hit by Ronald Peralta. Real Rosario Central's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
