The audience thought a goal was coming when Sol Toraño got free with Edur Hortigosa in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 10th minute of the match Narciso Ojero shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edur Hortigosa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Edur Hortigosa was a little too slow when Gelacio Solo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 14th minute. The score was now 1-0. 20 minutes into the match, 3 al Hilo's goal looked a bit too open when Gelacio Solo came free, but Edur Hortigosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edur Hortigosa was a little too slow when Gelacio Solo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 2-0. A long shot from Odilon Ferreira in the 29th minute of play was well struck, but Edur Hortigosa made a really good save at the right post. The audience was convinced that Gelacio Solo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edur Hortigosa was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Gelacio Solo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Edur Hortigosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 55 minutes, Lino Grijan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 3 al Hilo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lino Grijan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lino Grijan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Nastasio Hernandez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chilota FBC's Nastasio Hernandez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Chilota FBC from getting a goal against them. Edur Hortigosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gelacio Solo, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. If Guillelme Tosantos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edur Hortigosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gelacio Solo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Chilota FBC had played much better football throughout.
