Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Primo Guren kicked off to start the match. Inacio Calonge blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Teofilo Barsi having to make a save. A collision led to BOCA JUNIOR getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Macias Moyano hit a great ball. Inacio Calonge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Teofilo Barsi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Macias Moyano fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BOCA JUNIOR's protests and gave Macias Moyano a yellow card for diving instead. In the 13th minute, Macias Moyano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, PERU's Erramun Barreras tried to score from far away in the 14th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The supporters of BOCA JUNIOR booed when PERU was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bastiaro Trasmiera didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute, Manni Millano made a precise shot to the right of Teofilo Barsi. PERU's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 23rd match minute, BOCA JUNIOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Macias Moyano to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th minute of the match Erramun Barreras sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Guib Castelo skillfully saved the ball. If Manni Millano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, PERU's Andres Eradi got a free kick in the 36th minute. Inacio Calonge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

BOCA JUNIOR's Macias Moyano got his second yellow card of the match in the 58th minute. The referee ordered Macias Moyano off the ground. Macias Moyano hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cefero Alzolaras during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to BOCA JUNIOR getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Cefero Alzolaras hit a great ball. 67 minutes into the game, one of BOCA JUNIOR:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Guib Castelo had in the 69thth minute some difficulties stopping Erramun Barreras's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Octavio Abeyta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guib Castelo having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Primo Guren in the 73rd minute of play forced BOCA JUNIOR's goalkeeper Guib Castelo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute, Inacio Calonge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. BOCA JUNIOR's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Primo Guren 77 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. When PERU's Primo Guren in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BOCA JUNIOR's goalie prevented a goal. Guib Castelo made a fantastic save in the 99th minute, when Octavio Abeyta sent off a good shot on target. BOCA JUNIOR were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of PERU for a fine match.
